Consultation types:

Teleconsultation – £140

A short, secure video appointment with a Consultant Dermatologist. Ideal if you’d like expert advice, have questions about your skin, or want to understand which treatment or pathway is best before attending in person. If you decide to continue with treatment or need an in-person visit, we’ll guide you through the next steps and advise on the potential costs.

Best for: quick, expert advice, treatment guidance, second opinions, or on-going follow-up reviews

Medical dermatology consultation – £240

A detailed, face-to-face consultation for medical skin concerns. Your Consultant Dermatologist will take a full medical history, examine your skin and recommend a clear treatment plan. This plan may include prescription creams, tablets or other therapies, all of which will be discussed with you openly before proceeding.

Best for: acne, eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, rashes, allergies, general skin infections, pigmentation, hair loss

Surgical dermatology consultation – £240

A consultant-led assessment if you have a mole, lump, cyst, wart or other lesion that might need removal or further investigation. Your Consultant Dermatologist will examine the area, discuss whether surgery or biopsy is appropriate, and explain your options along with the associated costs clearly before any procedure. Depending on the treatment type and time available, you may be able to receive treatment during your appointment, but you will always be given a clear, fixed price before proceeding.

Best for: mole checks, skin cancer assessment, cysts, lipomas, warts, skin tags, or any growth you’re concerned about

A personalised aesthetic dermatology assessment with an experienced Consultant Dermatologist to discuss your skin goals and explore expert aesthetic treatments, including injectables, skin rejuvenation, and anti-wrinkle care, for natural, confident results.

Best for: anti-wrinkle treatments, fillers, and other cosmetic procedures as well as long-term skin strategies

• The consultation fee covers your dedicated appointment with a Consultant Dermatologist
• During your appointment, your consultant will provide you with a personalised treatment plan with a full explanation of recommended treatments, investigations or procedures
• Any costs will be explained and confirmed with you before you decide to go ahead – there are no hidden fees, you are always in control of what happens next and whether you proceed with the recommended treatment

Cancellation policy

At RENA Clinics, we are dedicated to providing the highest level of care and attention to each patient. We ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. If less than 48 hours’ notice is provided without sufficient medical reason, we reserve the right to set-off all of part of deposits or fees paid to provider cover for our costs incurred. This ensures fairness to all clients and respect for our practitioners’ time. We understand that life can be unpredictable and will always approach each case with empathy and flexibility, using our discretion wherever possible.
